My life began like all lives do. I was born. For what I did yet know, and still many decades later I still don’t know for what purpose I came to be. What I know is that I am currently living in the present. Trying to out race the inevitable hand of time that casts shadows as warning sigils to remind mortals that we are not invincible Gods, nor do we have infinite amounts of time.

So many times have I heard the term “Abroad.” A word sounding as if reserved for the elite & wealthy, or perhaps at least the scholarly type people. The people who think being studious is the answer. Giving speeches about gender roles in the Far East.
